Matthieu Peuler
Specializing in the design of reinforced concrete high-rise buildings, structural masonry, and mixed-use structural steel projects, structural engineer Matthieu Peuler, PE, has earned a reputation among clients for his extensive knowledge and considerable experience with building renovations, investigations of structural failures, and educational developments.
As an Associate Principal, Matthieu oversees a range of high- and low-rise mixed-use and projects primarily in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
His current projects include 2875 JFK Blvd, a 600-foot-tall, 800,000 SF residential tower in Jersey City, 290 Coles Street in Jersey City, a two-tower 800,000 SF residential project with an eight-story podium, and Scholars Village, the residential component of the “learn, work, live, play, connect” goal of Jersey City’s high-profile SciTech Scity campus.
Matthieu’s past portfolio includes the structural design for 100 11th Avenue, an award-winning residential towers? designed by Pritzker Prize winner Jean Nouvel, the 1.8M SF, mixed-use complex in City Point in Brooklyn, , and 25 East 22nd Street an 800-foot-tall slender residential tower, 1 SWQ, a 35-story office tower in Downtown Brooklyn, and 77 Greenwich, a 500-foot-tall tower in Lower Manhattan that includes luxury condominiums, a public school, and the renovation of an adjacent landmarked building.
