An Associated based in our Miami office, Marcos serves as structural engineering project manager for a diverse portfolio of projects across Florida. These include the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, a V-shaped development overlooking the St. John’s River in Jacksonville, Florida, the 1.4M SF Pendry Residences, a luxury residential tower situated along the Downtown Tampa Riverwalk, 888 Brickell, a 1,049-foot-tall landmark residential tower in the heart of Brickell, Miami, and Calle 8, a 69-story triangular shaped mixed-use high-rise in Miami, overseeing the complex structural design of these structures.
Recently completed projects include erection engineering for Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, and the design of structures for the Las Vegas Convention Center expansion and Qubein Arena at High Point University in North Carolina.
