Lokanath Nagaraja
With over 20 years of industry experience, Lokanath Nagaraja leads the structural design of tall, mixed-use buildings and developments, primarily across New York and New Jersey, including highly sustainable new construction and renovations.
Lokanath’s current projects include the 989,000 SF 50 Hudson Street on the Hudson River Walkway in Jersey City, the over 1 M SF 70 Hudson Yards, which will be New York’s first net-zero skyscraper, One Third Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, part of the Alloy Block development and planned to become the tallest Passive House in the world, and the 1.4 M SF Artwalk Towers, two glass towers sharing a single podium in Jersey City.
Past projects include the multiple award-winning Sendero Verde residential development in East Harlem—the largest affordable housing Passive House in the United States, and the highly sustainable, wellness-certified, and award-winning Winthrop Center in Boston, which includes the largest office Passive House in the world.
