William Bordill
An experienced adjudicator, expert witness, and mediator, Bill Bordill heads up our Advisory group in Manchester. He is a chartered quantity Surveyor, testifying expert witness and qualified dispute resolver with over three decades in senior positions with both contractor and consultant organizations.
Bill has built his career on a foundation of ‘first principles’ and is the discipline lead for quantity surveying, which enables an active involvement in current issues on live projects. His experience spans several bespoke and standard forms of contract, and his qualifications include NEC4: ECC Project Manager Accreditation, an industry-recognized certification for experienced professionals.
In addition to his leadership role at DeSimone, Bill receives panel and party appointments to act as Adjudicator, Mediator, Expert Determiner and Expert Witness.
