In the Media: DeSimone Earns Top Rankings in BD+C’s Giants 400

Among our other 2025 accomplishments, DeSimone ranked highly across many of the 2025 Building Design + Construction Giants 400 ratings categories for engineering firms for work completed in the US and Canada.

Top rankings include:

In 2026, we will wrap up work on several projects in these sectors, including The Brook, a striking new residential and retail tower in Brooklyn, for which we provided both structural engineering and façade consulting, the 1,002-foot-tall 520 Fifth Avenue, with its spectacular terra-cotta and aluminum façade, and the 737,000 SF Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville in Florida.

Additional projects in these sectors include the 650-foot-tall Villa Miami, currently under construction in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, Hard Rock Hotel's latest guitar tower in Las Vegas, and the award-winning Sendero Verde, the largest residential Passive House in the world.
