Shannon Nolan

A strategic organizational leader implementing process optimization and efficiency at DeSimone since 2019, Shannon Nolan’s role—and expertise—lies at the intersection of technical execution, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. She oversees resource management, systems implementation, program delivery, and continuous improvement across teams and practices.

Leading cross-functional engineering and operational strategies, Shannon ensures efficient delivery of high-quality products and scalable business outcomes, aligning operations with corporate goals, driving process excellence, and enabling teams to operate at peak performance. 

Leveraging global experience, a mastery of project lifecycles, technical fluency, and data-driven decision making, Shannon oversees our day-to-day operational functions, including resource management, systems implementation, program delivery, and continuous improvement across many of our departments and practices. She is an experienced project manager, and leads cross-functional engineering and operational strategies, ensuring delivery of high-quality products, and scalable business outcomes.

Over the past few years, she has applied her skill  in scaling and growth support as a key leader in DeSimone’s seven mergers and acquisitions—both domestic and international—to grow the firm from 100 teammates to over 600.

Her previous experience includes serving as an original, core team member at three successful startups, where she completed the implementation and integration of over 40 acquisitions. She also integrated teammates, culture, and systems, including merging several Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Human Resources Systems (HRS).
