Mukesh Parikh
Specializing in the design of concrete, steel, block and plank, and bearing wall systems, Mukesh Parikh leads a team of structural engineers focusing on large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Currently, Mukesh leads the structural teams for 50 Hudson Street, a 989,000 SF mixed-use development on Jersey City’s Hudson River Walkway, the 1,035,000 SF 70 Hudson Yards in New York City, 8 Carlisle Street, a glass-and-metal residential tower in New York City’s financial district, and 290 Coles, a 14-story and 22-story tower linked by an 8-story podium.
Previous projects include 220 Central Park South, a slender concrete structure with a tuned mass damper (TMD) on the roof level, 99 Hudson, the tallest building in New Jersey, the award-winning Winthrop Center in Boston, the world’s largest commercial Passive House to date, and the 846,000 SF International Gem Tower, a dramatic glass tower in Midtown Manhattan’s diamond district.
