Vincent Salvatoriello
Drawing upon over three decades of leadership on large, complex nationally, Vincent Salvatoriello leads DeSimone’s advisory practice.
Operating in a highly specialized area of the AEC industry, he advises DeSimone project teams and a broad spectrum of clients—including developers, institutional investors, public agencies, and boards—regarding the governance, financial stewardship, and risk management of a broad range of project types.
Acting as an independent advisor to project leadership, Vince monitors risks, evaluates performance, and helps decisionmakers understand complex technical and contractual issues, often resulting in greater project efficiencies and cost-saving measures for our clients. He also brings significant experience advising on construction claims and dispute matters, providing independent analysis that informs negotiation, mediation and arbitration, and litigation strategies.
With a strong focus on aligning capital deployment with enterprise strategy, strengthening fiduciary controls, and implementing governance frameworks to enhance transparency, accountability, and performance predictability, Vince has successfully overseen portfolios with individual project values exceeding $400 million. He frequently engages to provide independent executive oversight, validate cost and schedule integrity, evaluate procurement strategies, and ensure that development execution supports long-term asset and balance sheet objectives.
He also serves as an adjunct professor in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, reinforcing best practices in project delivery strategy, governance, and ethical capital stewardship.
