Rosemary Siciliano Named to Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Class of 2026
DeSimone’s communications leader will be celebrated at Ragan’s awards luncheon on October 22 at the Yale Club in New York City
New York, New York—October 21, 2026—DeSimone Consulting Engineering is proud to announce that Rosemary Siciliano, the firm’s Associate Director of Communications, has been named an honoree in Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards, Class of 2026, in the Content Marketing category.
Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards honor accomplished women whose leadership, ideas, and results have made a meaningful contribution to their organizations and the marketing profession. The Class of 2026 includes leaders from brands, agencies, nonprofits, and other organizations who have distinguished themselves through their work, influence, and commitment to their teams and audiences.
As Associate Director of Communications, Rosemary Siciliano has led DeSimone’s communications efforts during a period of significant growth and change. Her accomplishments include developing and overseeing a comprehensive social media program, leading the development of a new website as part of a brand refresh, and managing communications for five acquisitions. She has also overseen the firm’s public relations efforts, and has produced and guided the development of engaging website content. She edited a published, full-length monograph commemorating the accomplishments of DP Squared, one of the firms acquired by DeSimone.
Rosemary’s focus on strategic branding, messaging, and storytelling has elevated the firm’s reputation for innovative engineering across the industry.
Her work has helped DeSimone strengthen its brand and reinforce its position in its core markets during a period of rapid change. Under her leadership and focus on substantive content, the firm has significantly expanded its audience, increasing its social media following by more than 25% over the past three years.

Rosemary Siciliano will be recognized at Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing Awards Luncheon on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Yale Club in New York City. The luncheon will bring together the Class of 2026, marketing leaders, colleagues, clients, friends, and family members for an afternoon dedicated to celebrating the honorees and the people who have supported their success.
