Tilt-up Engineering
Historically, we have designed over 800 tilt-up projects, comprising over 60M SF (5.57M SM). Our field-ready documentation includes detailed plans and models for wall panels, panel reinforcing and the panel lifting and bracing erection design, key services that we provide in-house through our tilt-up engineering specialists. The entire project team benefits from clear, fully illustrated plans for onsite construction that save time during active construction and help to significantly reduce errors made in the field since all aspects of the tilt-up panels are coordinated by our team.
Our tilt-up projects range from international distribution campuses and commercial warehouses to manufacturing facilities, data centers, and energy infrastructure, as well as commercial office, education, aviation, and parking garage projects. While tilt-up construction is generally thought of as appropriate for single-story projects, we have a significant portfolio of multi-story tilt-up projects.
We partner with owners, architects, design-builders, and contractors to deliver on tilt-up’s many advantages, which can include construction cost and time savings relative to other structural methods and reduced maintenance over the lifespan of a structure.
