Mark McKay

Bringing 14 years of structural engineering experience to our clients throughout the Northeast, Mark McKay leads teams of structural engineers through the design and development of steel and concrete structures for large-scale gaming, hospitality, and residential projects.

Based in our office in New Haven, Connecticut, Mark’s gaming portfolio includes some of the largest casino brands in the world, including Resorts World, Hard Rock Casinos, Rivers, and Mohegan Sun. Currently, he serves as project manager for the 5M SF expansion of Resorts World New York City, built on the site of the Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens.

He served as project manager for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol in Virginia, which involved the adaptive reuse of a vacant 1970s-era mall, combining parts of the old structure with new construction.

Mark’s residential projects include The Alcott, a 12-story residential structure in Philadelphia, the 606,000 SF, mixed-use 90 Christopher Columbus Drive, and Sable Jersey City Phase I, a 700-foot-tall residential tower, both in Jersey City.
