DeSimone’s Vancouver team specializes in structural detailing and digital modeling services for steel, concrete, and timber/mass timber structures, including bridge detailing, specialized bridge repair detailing, constructability consulting, connection design, and BIM/VDC services.

Our team’s portfolio showcases steel detailing expertise completed for some of the nation’s most iconic structures, including One Times Square in Manhattan; Citi Field, home of the New York Mets; the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles; and One World Trade Center in New York City. For many projects, including the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Bristol, Virginia, we partnered with our structural engineers to deliver an early fabrication-ready model (LOD 400), followed by comprehensive shop & field drawings for the steel fabricator. Our Vancouver office also completed both steel and timber detailing for the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music.
