Currently, the office’s structural engineers are providing services for the New Jersey Innovation Hub at the Helix—the Health + Life Sciences Exchange in New Brunswick, New Jersey—and the MGM Springfield, a gaming, hotel, and retail development in Massachusetts.

Recent projects include the 53-story, mixed-use Winthrop Center tower—featuring the world’s largest office Passive House, the 2 Harbor Life Science Center, as well as the Millennial Tower, 60-story, 684-foot-tall (208 m) residential skyscraper, and Lovejoy Wharf a 235,000 SF iconic residential waterfront building in Boston.

Our Massachusetts office also specializes in data center and mission critical projects, having completed the structural engineering and design of nearly 20M SF of complex, multi-story data centers and mission critical facilities with a combined IT load of over 2500 MW.
