Vijay Krishnaswamy
Vijay’s extensive experience in high seismic zone detailing makes him a key member of our Las Vegas office, where he manages major projects across the West Coast of the United States. His expertise includes hotels, casinos, educational facilities, stadiums, airports, and convention centers.
Currently, Vijay serves as senior associate for the Four Seasons Las Vegas, a two-tower high-rise residential development, Hard Rock Guitar Tower, a 600-foot, guitar-shaped hotel tower on the Las Vegas strip, Brightline Las Vegas Station, the northernmost stop of the planned high-speed rail connecting Las Vegas with Southern California, and Mt Charleston Lodge, the redevelopment of a landmark destination 7,717 feet above sea level in Kyle Canyon, Nevada.
His past projects include The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a hotel on the Las Vegas strip, the 6.6M SF Resorts World Las Vegas, Circa Resort and Casino, and Las Vegas City Hall.
