Tuna Yelkikanat leads teams of structural engineers through the design of complex healthcare, life science, education, and mixed-use structures, providing technical leadership and guiding innovative and precise structural solutions.
As an associate principal with over two decades of experience, he also supports business growth and strategic engagement from our US headquarters in New York City.
Tuna’s current projects include 70 Hudson Yards, a 1.1M SF skyscraper in New York City, and Burj Azizi in Dubai, soon to become the world’s second tallest skyscraper at 2,379 feet.
Other notable projects include contributions to the 4M SF Shanghai Tower, China’s tallest building at 2,074 feet, Zaha Hadid’s 520 West 28th Street, an 11-story luxury residential condominium in New York City, and Handel’s Millennium Tower in Boston, a 1M SF, mixed-use structure.
