Rudy Medina Jr.

Rodolfo “Rudy” Medina Jr. has been with DeSimone since 2013 and boasts 18 years of expertise in the design of new concrete and steel structures and renovation of existing buildings.

As an associate principal, he manages residential and mixed-use projects, primarily in New York City and Miami.

Current projects include 888 Brickell, an ultra-luxury residential skyscraper in Miami, Florida, Santander Skyline, the future Miami headquarters for Banco Santander, the renovation of One Times Square, home of the New Years Eve Ball Drop in New York City, and Terminal Warehouse at 261 Eleventh Avenue, a comprehensive repositioning of the historic Central Stores complex in Manhattan.

Rudy’s past experience includes 111 Murray, an 800-foot high-rise in Lower Manhattan; Skyline Tower, a 760-foot residential building in Long Island City, New York, Queens Plaza Tower, a 360,000 SF, 31-story mixed-use tower also in Long Island City, and Olympia DUMBO, an award-winning mid-rise tower on the waterfront of Brooklyn, New York.
