Pratik Shah
With over 20 years of structural engineering experience, Pratik Shah specializes in designing new buildings, renovating existing ones, and performing structural forensics.
Pratik is skilled in tall-building design, complex analysis, post-tensioned concrete structures, and value engineering. Based in our New York headquarters, Pratik manages several tall, mixed-use developments in New York, Miami, Atlanta, and abroad. Notable projects include a 55-story hotel near Times Square, a 45-story residential tower at 550 10th Avenue, both in Manhattan, as well as large mixed-use developments in Miami and Atlanta. He is also involved in designing the proposed second-tallest building in South America, located in Uruguay.
Past projects include The Greenwich by Rafael Vinoly, the famed architect’s final project, Bangkok Tower, the third tallest building in Thailand, the RIU and Hardrock Hotels in Times Square, New York, and award-winning commercial buildings at 512 West 22nd Street and 860 Washington, both in New York City.
