Milo Adams
An accomplished structural engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering high-profile, complex, and innovative structures, Milo Adams leads multidisciplinary projects within the structural engineering practice.
Milo specializes in designing reinforced concrete and structural steel high-rise structures, adaptive retrofits of existing structures, and the design of ornamental structures.
He's advanced engineering skills and balanced architectural sensibility earn client trust and respect for his expertise and appreciation for architectural precision. He successfully executes the visions of architects and clients on the most challenging projects, overseeing construction on complex developments on time and within budget.
Currently, Milo leads the structural collaboration on the Hard Rock Casino, New York’s first full-scale casino and integrated resort, as well as a 1,000-foot condominium and hotel tower in Miami. Recently, he completed The Brook, a 52-story luxury residential tower in Brooklyn, and 830 Brickell, a 720-foot-high, Class A+ office tower in Miami. Milo also specializes in designing ornamental and specialty structures, including stairs, canopies, and sculptural art forms, as well as complex tenant fit-outs involving modifications of post-tensioned structures.
Before joining DeSimone, Milo played a significant role in post-9/11 recovery projects in Lower Manhattan, including 200 West, the WTC Transportation Hub, and One World Trade Center.
