Matthieu Peuler
Matthieu Peuler specializes in the design of reinforced concrete high-rise buildings, structural masonry, and mixed-use structural steel projects. He has considerable experience with renovations, investigations of structural failures, educational developments, and landmarked structures.
As Senior Associate, Matthieu manages a variety of mixed-use and high-rise and low-rise projects in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
His current projects include 2875 JFK Blvd, a 600-foot-tall 800,000 SF residential tower in Jersey City, 290 Coles Street in Jersey City, a two-tower 800,000 SF residential project with an eight-story podium, 201 East 23rd Street, a 20-story boutique condo tower in Manhattan, Starhill Phase I&II, a 504,000 SF affordable housing development at 1600 Macomb Road in the Bronx, and Scholars Village, the “live” component of the “learn, work, live, play, connect” in Jersey City’s highly publicized SciTech Scity campus.
Matthieu’s past portfolio includes 100 11th Avenue, an award-winning residential structure designed by Pritzker Prize winner Jean Nouvel, City Point in Brooklyn, a 1.8M SF mixed-use complex, 25 East 22nd Street an 800-foot-tall slender residential tower, 1SWQ, a 35-story office tower in Downtown Brooklyn, and 77 Greenwich, a 500-foot-tall tower in Lower Manhattan that includes a luxury condominiums, a public school, and the renovation of an adjacent landmarked building.
