Lokanath Nagaraja

With over 20 years of industry experience, Lokanath Nagaraja project manages tall, mixed-use developments in New York and New Jersey, contributing to new construction and renovations.

His current projects include 50 Hudson Street on the Hudson River Walkway in Jersey City, the 1,035,000 SF 70 Hudson Yards,  One Third Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, part of the Alloy Block development, and 808 Pavonia Avenue, two glass towers sharing a single podium in Jersey City.

Past projects include Sendero Verde—the largest residential Passive House in the United States—an award-winning mixed-use development in Harlem, New York, the full-block development at 250 Water Street in New York City, and the Winthrop Center in Boston, the largest commercial Passive House in the world.
