Jedd Miranda
Jedd Miranda is skilled in the analysis and design of concrete, steel, masonry, and light-gage structures as well as 3D modeling and historic preservation.
As an associate in our New York headquarters, he leads the structural design for new cast-in-place concrete and steel framed buildings, alterations and renovations to existing buildings, interior fit-outs, and structural damage assessments.
Current projects include the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, the transformation of a church adjacent to Central Park into a 75,000 SF museum, a major renovation project at 245 W 55th Street in New York, and a new steel-framed structure at the Disney Dolphin Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Jedd’s past projects include the Selene, a slender luxury tower in New York City, the 232,000 SF Moxy Times Square, and 2 Blue Slip, a 39-story residential tower in Brooklyn, New York.
