Fabio Pellegrini
As leader of our Medellín, Colombia office, Fabio Pellegrini leverages three decades of international experience as a civil engineer and 17 years of business management in the construction industry.
He manages a team of more than 60 professionals, including structural engineers, BIM specialists, and façade and building envelope consultants. He possesses an extensive background in leading project teams in Latin America and deep familiarity of corporate and national cultures across the region.
Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated an impressive capacity to build and manage relationships both within an organization and with external clients and project teams.
Prior to joining DeSimone, Fabio managed the operations for the Swiss headquartered PINI Group in Latin America. He served as Area Manager LATAM for the group, overseeing financial performance and supporting regional strategy development, business growth and talent development.
A native of Switzerland living in Colombia, Fabio is fluent in English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian.
