Dmitri Jajich

Dmitri Jajich is an award-winning structural engineer and industry leader whose expertise includes tall building design, wind engineering, long-span, and architecturally exposed structures.

A principal based in our London office, he leads teams of structural engineers who specialize in advanced analytical techniques and tackle some of our toughest challenges. His current work includes the new Oracle campus in Nashville, Tennessee, a 70-acre property positioned as the software giant’s global headquarters, as well as a large confidential development in the Middle East.

Dmitri previously contributed to Manhattan Loft Gardens in London, a mixed-use tower with three story “notches” cutting completely through the building, Denver Union Station in Colorado, and Gothenburg Sweden’s Karlatornet, the tallest tower in Scandinavia at 246 meters which features a unique structural engineering system that addresses wind and motion issues without dampers.
