Dmitri Jajich

An award-winning structural engineer and industry leader, Dmitri Jajich’s expertise includes tall building design, wind engineering, long-span, and architecturally exposed structures.

A principal based in our London office, Dmitri leads teams of DeSimone structural engineers who specialize in advanced analytical techniques and tackle some of our toughest challenges. His current portfolio includes the new Oracle campus in Nashville, Tennessee, a 70-acre property positioned as the software giant’s global headquarters, an adaptive reuse project in central London, and a large residential development in Cyprus.

Additional projects include Manhattan Loft Gardens in London, a mixed-use tower with three story “notches” cutting completely through the building, Denver Union Station in Colorado, and Gothenburg Sweden’s Karlatornet, the tallest tower in Scandinavia at 246 meters which features a unique structural engineering system that addresses wind and motion issues without dampers.
