Cori Kwitkin
Cori Kwitkin manages large-scale steel structures with a focus on healthcare, life science, and education projects.
An associate in DeSimone’s New York office, she supports our structural design teams through all phases of project delivery, guiding internal coordination, external project team collaboration, and overall quality control.
Experienced in peer review, Cori has supported multiple high-rise projects in the US and internationally. Her current projects include leading quality control for the recently-started 70 Hudson Yards, the latest commercial structure in New York City’s Hudson Yards neighborhood, and the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens, New York, a mixed-use development that includes an indoor pool.
Cori’s portfolio prior to joining DeSimone includes the Northwell Health Petrocelli Pavilion, Baha Mar resort in the Bahamas, and the Seoul International Finance Center in South Korea. In New York City, she managed structural design for the Columbia University IMC Berrie Expansion, a laboratory and research facility designed to meet NYC 2030 energy goals. Other project types include athletic centers, towers, and adaptive reuse developments.
