Brian Schenck
Specializing in renovation, conversion, and structural remediation, Brian Schenck manages a team of structural engineers out of our New York office, collaborating with our other services to provide coordinated and accelerated services to clients.
As principal, he is also a leader in our forensics practice. Brian’s current projects include the Disney Dolphin Convention Center Expansion, which comprises the construction of a new convention center and exhibit hall consisting of new structural steel and a Fabrication-Ready Model also provided by DeSimone.
He is also working on 245 West 55th Street in New York City, an office-to-residential conversion that includes a concrete overbuild, and the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, the conversion of a historic church into a 75,000 SF museum.
Previously, Brian contributed to the renovation and expansion of 122 Fifth Avenue, the conversion of 15 Union Square West from office to residential, and the combination of four historic buildings to create 530 Broadway, all in New York City.
