Benjamin Reich
An architect with two decades of experience, Benjamin Reich leads a Miami-based team that specializes in façade and building envelope design, detailing, construction, and restoration.
Benjamin’s current projects include 809 Madison Avenue, the conversion of a landmarked 1920’s building into condominiums, 18 E 50th Street, which featured the addition of a three-story overbuild to an existing landmarked 1910’s masonry building, 5800 North Bay Road, a 25,000 SF private residence in Miami Beach, and the Bruce Springsteen Archive and Center for American Music on Monmouth University’s campus in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
Benjamin was also instrumental in the façade and building envelope design for Olympia Dumbo, an award-winning, curved step-and-twist residential tower in Brooklyn, as well as the MSC Miami Cruise Terminal in Florida, currently the largest cruise terminal in the world.
