Working closely with the leadership team, he drives organizational alignment, strengthens operational efficiency, and supports long-term growth while serving as an advisor in shaping business strategy and execution.
Skilled in project financial risk management and serving as liaison between DeSimone’s in-house teams, Andrew streamlines operations and enhances workflow efficiency.
Andrew is responsible for project reporting and planning, administrative and operational supervision of DeSimone’s Canada and Manila, Philippines offices, and is the designated official of our Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
