Aditya oversees complex new construction and renovation projects as an associate in our Miami, Florida office. An expert in advanced 3D modeling and structural analysis, Aditya offers a focus on wind and seismic performance, retrofitting, and adaptive reuse.

His current work includes The Shore Club in Miami Beach, Florida, a blend of historic restoration and new construction featuring structural transfers and expansive cantilevered balconies supporting pools, Ritz-Sagamore, a 17-story luxury tower cantilevering over an existing structure in Miami Beach, and 700 North Miami, a 625-foot-tall, mixed-use development.

Aditya has played a key role in the structural design of Wasl Tower, a 64-story ultra-luxury tower in Dubai, 2000 Biscayne, a fast-tracked design-build residential tower in Miami, and Central Bank of The Bahamas, a structure engineered to withstand a Category 5 hurricane. He also served on a technical review panel with Emaar Development to help shape structural guidelines for the Dubai Building Code.
