Our New York City office has served as DeSimone’s headquarters since 1969—and has for two years running been named a Best Place to Work by Crain’s New York and a Top Workplace by amNY Metro.   

Our New York team includes structural engineers, façade and building envelope consultants, and BIM specialists as well as sustainability, resiliency, seismic design experts, and more. DeSimone’s corporate Shared Services leaders and teams are located in New York.

Known for providing dedicated, responsive service, and innovative approaches to some of the most iconic, tallest, and most structurally challenging buildings in the world, our engineers and experts work across nearly every project type and sector, collaborating with our teams and clients globally.

Recent award-winning projects include One Wall Street, the largest historic office-to-residential conversion in city history, Brooklyn’s curved Olympia DUMBO residential tower, and the adaptive reuse of the historic Terminal Warehouse in Manhattan. Current projects include the façade at 520 Fifth Avenue, and the transformation of the historic One Times Square.
