Our New Haven office serves clients across a host of project types and sectors, including the design of steel and concrete structures for commercial, residential, and retail developments, as well as museums, hotels, casinos, parking structures, and renovation and adaptive reuse projects.

Our structural engineers are currently completing the design of structures for Greenwich Crossing, the expansion and redevelopment of the city’s train station and surrounding retail into a transit-oriented dining, shopping, and office hub, as well as the 92,800 SF Cromwell Middle School in Cromwell, and 195,000 SF Bassick High School in Bridgeport, for which we also provided steel and concrete detailing services. The team also provided structural design for all three phases of the 5M SF Monhegan Sun gaming and hospitality development.

In New Jersey, our team provided structural engineering services for the 448,000 SF, Newark Waterfront Tower and two Urby residential towers in Jersey City.
