Our Dayton, Ohio, office forms the heart of DeSimone’s precast and tilt-up structural engineering team.  Led by Principal Mark Remmetter, our team of experts offer a comprehensive suite of services from precast concrete design and detailing to shop drawing preparation, panel erection, and temporary erection engineering.

Collaborating with our global teams, the team has successfully completed projects across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, including advanced data centers, large international distribution centers, industrial and infrastructure facilities, retail centers, and multi-story office and residential buildings. With deep technical expertise and practical solutions, our Dayton office is responsible for the design of more than 1,200 tilt-up and conventionally framed buildings, encompassing over 80M SF across North America.
