Unlike a conventional design-bid-build delivery process, our single source structural steel solution places fabrication under the structural team’s oversight, making it possible to define and set market-based cost and schedule targets during the design phase of the project. The steel procurement process can begin early, enabling us to lock in steel pricing and delivery months earlier than possible with a standard project process.
