DeSimone’s structural engineers designed a two-story, steel-framed structure featuring a precast concrete exterior envelope. We utilized a reinforced concrete slab floor to increase floor loading to support heavy equipment, variable rack densities, and mounted dunnage platforms on the roof. Electrical distribution consists of exterior, prefabricated electrical modules in a dedicated equipment yard.

Built to LEED Gold and EPA ENERGY STAR standards, CH1 is SOC1 and SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53 High, and HIPAA certified.
