In her role leading our human resources team and initiatives, Staci Marra drives business performance by aligning people strategy and the implementation of initiatives that effectively support the firm’s long-term vision.

Staci serves as a pivotal advisor to DeSimone’s leaders, shaping workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. Her expertise in employment law, instructional design, and leadership development enables her to provide scalable HR solutions.

Since stepping into her role in 2022, Staci has had a measurable impact on the company’s trajectory and global workforce through the introduction of a global compensation and total rewards strategy. She led the execution of a modern performance management strategy, initiating the use of new tools and training programs to elevate the quality of employee feedback, support staff development, and establish meaningful career milestones.

Staci champions DeSimone’s culture of continuous learning and development by driving initiatives in succession planning, leadership development, and change management .

Prior to joining DeSimone, Staci held HR roles in the financial and insurance sectors, where she developed and facilitated leadership training programs and optimized HR operations to support enterprise-wide transformation.
