In the crowded New York City skyline, it’s difficult for new towers to stand out. In this report from Interior Design magazine, writer Elizabeth Fazzare examines how The Maybury New York distinguishes itself by delivering a high-quality living experience.
That emphasis on livability is supported by the building’s structural design, which enables expansive interior layouts and 20,000 SF of amenities across its 46 stories and 453 luxury rental units. Together, the structure and architecture create a nature-inspired, metropolitan aesthetic tailored to sophisticated urban renters.
Managing Principal Mark Plechaty, PE, and Associate Principal Pratik Shah, PE, led DeSimone’s project team.
