In a 2026 survey conducted by USA Today and Energage, based entirely on employee feedback, DeSimone global teammates praised our people-first, collaborative culture, innovative project work, inclusive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Among many other positives in our workplace culture, they cited deriving a sense of purpose from their work at DeSimone—and empowerment in watching the structures we design rise.
DeSimone’s commitment to employee well-being was another key theme, with our team members noting flexible work arrangements and a corporate culture that prioritizes work-life balance alongside performance.

Survey responses revealed strong employee sentiment around inclusion, leadership support, and meaningful work. Employees also pointed to opportunities for growth and mentorship as key differentiators at the firm, noting that leadership is deeply invested in developing talent and sharing knowledge across the organization. As one employee shared, “I think it is the best place for me to learn and grow as a young engineer. To determine the 2026 Top Workplaces, thousands of organizations were evaluated by Energage, an employee engagement platform. Companies do not pay to be included in the survey, making the award a true and unbiased reflection of workplace experience.
