Best Mixed-Use Project in 2025 Structures Awards

Wynwood Plaza, the 1M SF campus in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, has been named Best Mixed-Use Project in the South Florida Business Journal’s 2025 Structures Awards.

DeSimone served as structural engineer for the project, which features a 12-story residential tower with 509 units, a trophy-class office tower, a vibrant public plaza, and lushly landscaped rooftops with sports courts, pools, and coworking spaces.
