We Are a USA Today 2025 Top Workplace!

EMPLOYEES RANK DESIMONE CONSULTING ENGINEERING AMONG 2025 TOP WORKPLACES

Survey conducted by USA Today, Energage firm’s commitment to cultivating positive workplace culture

NEW YORK, NY, March 21, 2025 ― DeSimone Consulting Engineer’s strategic growth plans have been validated by staff, who attest that the company is moving in the right direction, according to a new survey that has earned the global company a position among the USA Today 2025 Top Workplaces.

The survey is conducted annually by USA Today—the daily newspaper with the fifth-largest print circulation in the United States — and employee experience leaders Energage to rank companies based solely on employee feedback gathered through an engagement survey.

DeSimone saw 84% of team members across its global workforce of nearly 700 respond to the survey which revealed a shared confidence in the company’s overall goals, core principles and workplace culture.

DeSimone has embarked on a strategic, global expansion aimed at providing clients a rich platform of specialized services for their projects that includes façade design, steel detailing, tilt-up engineering and detailing, wind engineering and vibration analysis, seismic engineering, protective design, and forensic engineering, as well as risk management, dispute resolution, and expert witness services—among others.

Since 2020, the company has added nine new offices in the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. The new Energage survey affirmed that team members from across the world were in consensus on DeSimone’s trajectory. Responses included, “I believe DeSimone Consulting Engineering is going in the right direction,” “New ideas are encouraged,” and “My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful.”

A full 79% praised internal opportunities for career advancement, while 71% said DeSimone prioritizes employee wellness and 77% of respondents lauded the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

For the 2025 winners list, 2,227 organizations surveyed their employees and winners were chosen based on positive employee feedback. Organizations do not pay any fees to survey employees to earn a Top Workplaces designation.
