O'Donnell Moderates Bisnow Condoverse Panel
During the Bisnow Condoverse last week, Managing Principal William O’Donnell, PE, FRSE, SI, moderated the panel discussion, “The True Value and Cost of Waterfront Luxury,” drawing upon his years of experience leading the structural design of numerous luxury waterfront properties in South Florida.
Focusing on what it takes to effectively balance and address the opportunities and risks involved in developing high-end coastal and waterfront properties, the panelists talked about a number of financial and insurance issues, coastal permitting challenges, development and marketing strategies, and discussion about what buyers are looking for in modern luxury waterfront living.
