Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort Featured in Premier Hospitality

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, was recently featured in Premier Hospitality. The hotel portion of the 125-acre resort community opened its doors in November of last year.

DeSimone's structural engineers approached this elegant development head on, designing steel and concrete structures well suited to a beachfront environment. Fitting within the resiliency demands of a Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL), the team devised breakthrough walls to allow potential floodwaters to move through the structure without compromising stability.

Designed with an old-world charm, which according to the article, draws inspiration from the “nostalgia of South Florida and botanicals of Naples,” the resort boasts 216 hotel rooms and one of the most extensive amenity lineups in the area, including 1,000 feet of beaches, pools, a market square with dining and shopping, and a restaurant called The Merchant Room.

Built in two phases, the completed resort will contain nine buildings and encompass over 5M SF of built area.
